Hi guys. Just one question. What are your choice of veggies for cutting/bulking/general fitness? Do you prefer organic or usual ones? I'm trying to compile a price list.

I'm not into body building but quite big of atlethics
I usually eat alot of tomato's, broccoli, cauliflower and baby spinach .....and rice maybe 2 table spoon of rice I feel they give me the right portion for me to perform at my best. Off course 1 to 2 days before an event..I will carbon the shit out of the rice....but on normal day..that my diet...and no oil. Either air fry or stir fry with some water |

I'm no expert, but it's good if you eat various kinds of veggies, so there's no 'best' veggie, there's only suitable veggie, broccoli, lettuce and potato are examples that have different types of vitamins and minerals. I don't see the need to specifically buy organic veggies/fruits if you know how to wash them properly with salt/vinegar/baking soda.
