Very doubt on the greenery along the road from KFC toward parklane. As can see the road is narrow.. along the side got alot houses, old shoplot, old factory, petrol station. Dun think possible. And also river of life is behind bloomsvale. Dun think the greenery thing will extend until to the opposite road. This is my opinion .

River of life under ekovest? If yes then more to worry, even their 1st mixed development ekocheras also can't do it well.

River of Life project is handle by ekovest. But from titiwangsa and kl side extend till other part. Dunno till when lo. May be 10 yrs+? It think it won't benefit the project. Unless they turn it into a tourist spot. Bloomsvale project there higher chance they will beautify it , as they already clear the land nearby the river.

I got no confidence with Bloomsvale project, any commercial development with mall/retail near to Midvalley, high chances of failure. 🤪 Millerz, 9 seputeh, etc..

Not sure whether can succeed or not. What I mean is high chance they will beautify the river side. As they will build garden over there. If bloomsvale failed. Nest 2 will fail X2 times lo. As the project emphasize on upcoming neighbourhood mall XD
