Is this project worth investing, they have come up with MCO package no need to pay your loan for 1 year 6 months. Please share your thoughts, thanks

I think you have to ponder over the package whether developer is generous to sell you a unit and pay your installnent !

Is all included in the selling price....taking money from you and paying on your behalf.

Exactly like what I tought it would be, that's the only way they can attract the buyers to invest. A 2R2B unit with 780sf will cost you around 400k approx, 10%by the developer, leaving a loan amount around 360k with the lowest interest rate 3.3%. Plus with this MCO package rm18500 will be paid consecutively for 1 year and 6 months. My main concern is this project is a real go to project?

Why this project and location attracts you ?

1)Freehold
2)MCO package (I don't need to fork out money from my salary to pay the progressive interest.)
3)Lower Bank interest rate due to MCO
4) If you are first house buyer they can help to apply Myhome government scheme RM30K(this is not for me)
5) Near to toll Nilai, you pay nilai toll, turn right and you will see the project site.

There are many more, if this project is a success then this is a worth investment. Basically I am looking into, is this Nilai land worth investing or not? And of course for investment purposes.

Have you check iprop what is the asking current rental of similar unit and how many units are available for renting ?

Is the nett rental (after minus maint) return what you are expecting.
