I am a retailer...

They are killing themselves seriously..

1) aeon mall management only one race
2) they love small time retailer, (tudung/carpet) so lots of "pop up store" who pay much lesser rental with ugly fit out.
3)they are turning aeon into giant. (some management from giant previously)
4) they are the laughing stock in retail market during this pandemic. No budget to give rebate. Most mall give rebate 1 month at least.
5) their team of management? Speechless. Act langsi like pegawai, but no power at all.
6) hq ppl just want to follow policy, rent increment every year!
Mall 100% tenanted, increase
Mall 70% tenanted, increase
Mall now 50% vacant, still want to increase although pandemic season.

Seriously LOL.
And just fyi, they rate bukit tinggi aeon better than Sunway pyramid lol wtf seriously.

One 1600sqft shop on highest floor almost 30k rental😂

Since last year lots of bigger mall give better rental rate to lure retailers (except the big4 of course) this year my phone mau letup d.. Every day got different malls contact me.

We threaten aeon we will close down our shop too if no reduction and rebate. Pay nothing since march.

We got nothing to lose since we are expanding in bigger & popular malls, and mostly with much better rental rate.

Really dunno what aeon thinking. I think their big boss still sleeping.

No proper shopping mall.

Starting at Shah Alam and towards to Subang baru ada banyak mall.

Toilet, escalator, lift, lighting etc...

Do you visit there recently? So many shops closed down since 2019.

One of my shop very low rent in neighborhood mall but sales better than popular mall..
