how much have those successful insurance agent had invest in their business before success? time to layan customer that may not even sign, drinks/café on you when you approach your prospect, how many cold call that they did in a day, how they build their network?
If you do not have interest in sales to achieve KPI then don't waste your time, focus on your full time job and continue with your online business! It is never easy be your own boss since you run online business too...
