You will have very low career progression should you choose to jump anyway beyond sales and you said it yourself, you dont like sales. There will only be so much ppl you can sign on, not to mention technology threats and digital insurance platforms cropping up. While others move up the ladder, you will just be there at sales

You need to put yourself in a position of flexibility and adaptability.

My advice? Take a corporate job and do insurance on the side (if banks then might be harder due to policies and regulation).
