i'm using vista premium and i'm using the avast anti-virus, the problem is, when i scan my laptop, there a virus call activex and i deleted, then scan again, the virus is still there. and there loop always appear non-stop saying WINDOW EXPLORER HAS STOPPED WORKING, then say WINDOW EXPLORER IS RESTARTING. it keep appearing over and over again, i cant even open MY COMPUTER or THE START button coz it keep restarting my software.... plz help....
