 Condo people : How do you collect parcels ?

Remark there leave at reception and collect there ? Ask them to put in front of your door ?

some condo can leave at guardhouse.. some let the delivery guy go in and delivery, some let the delivery guy leave at designated place at lobby.. some condo got lockbox, delivery guy put in the box and code sent to owner who can access..

Most of the time no ones wants to steal

1. items might be worthless
2. got CCTV
3. you'll meet these people every day

usually if outsiders come take or act suspicious guards will ask them over

Depends on the delivery guy.

1. If small, they will force into your post box.
2. if can carry - normal parcel or not too heavy - they will call you to go down collect.
3. if heavy and bulky - they will come and delivery upstair to you.

Most of the time, they will ask you to go down, depending which courier and postman.
Rajin will send up.
Lazy will ask you go down.

Sometime they send up the small item also.
So terpulang pada postman rajin or malas.

I think the reason if they have big van and many items to the condo - so panggil semua turun.
If only 1-2 parcels for that condo, maybe they naik.

My condo not high keras enough to have reception. Delivery guys just call when they arrive - most will wait near lift lobby, those lazy ones simply wait outside guardhouse.

If I'm not in, have to collect from the courier company. Used to be able to drop off at guardhouse until one pkm resident complained she lost her parcel.
