Good day all,

May I know where to park car if I stay at Crockfords Hotel Genting? I need more information coz I travel with toddler and need to make sure no staircase from parking to hotel lobby, I prefer not to stop at lobby if possible, like I did it previously for Maxim thanks to everyone that gave me valuable information.

some updates 22/07/2020;

firstly i like to thank for those who replied me with helpful information.

from my experience on 21/072020, I just directly drive to Crockfords valet (infront of crockfords main entrance) and I check with valet, he has a list of guest on hand and my valet parking is complimentary (free). I askes if he can let me park myself, it is possible and yes i can park myself. The parking just beside the valet, super close to entrance.

some off topic;
I have a super great experience with Crockfords Genting from valet parking, walk thru frontdesk to my room and to my complimentary breakfast. Everything is superb nice.

from Crockfords walk to themepark is just an escalator away (with help of buggy service, not far but helpful)

services is top notch 5 stars. I have a very pleasant stay for the first time in Genting thanks to crockfords. *worth every pennies i spend here. (p/s: covid-19 recovery season price not far from Maxim, so don't judge my wallet)

If u can afford crockfords, you can afford their valet parking.

I have my reason not to park valet and is not matter of money. 1 biggest reason is i don't want strangers enter my car cabin, valet is unavoidable unless they let me park valet myself, i can pay for that.

Agree, I don't want any valet to drive my cars either.

especially 2 big reason i have;
1. insurance don't pay, accidents or theft or lost.
2. covid season.
3. not big reason, i just simply don't like strangers handle my car. not expensive car, but i truly cares my car cabin. this is personal preference.

but i don't know, if valet let me park myself.. I'm ok to pay same price.,just don't take my keys. again, if i pass my keys, car lost insurance don't pay

last year July I went there for a short stay, dropped my luggage off at the main entrance and the valet took care of my ride, and they parked it at certain level behind the hotel specially reserved for crockfords guest, no extra charges was imposed at all.

you may proceed to park at the level after checking with the valet, there is direct lift to hotel lobby for sure. I have never seen a staircase/elevator in my stay there. the buggy shuttle service on standby 24/7

when you reach crockfords's lobby, just drive further down, you will see the car park entrance on the left.

if i am not wrong, from the car park entrance, first 2 level is for platinum members, subsequently is gold, then commoners.

thank you so much and it is very informative helpful, this will ease my burden searching for parking entrance.. genting is a maze for me coz I only visit max 1 or 2 time a year.

my experience few years back, never miss the entrance else is going to be big round again.
