Hi. Please seek for medical attention ASAP. A simple ECG (just takes a while) with or without blood test would be able to diagnose heart attack. Better to be safe than sorry.

For info: symptoms of heart attack include chest pain (can be described as squeezing/tightness/pressure) which may or may not radiate to jaw and left arm, sweating, nausea/vomiting and shortness of breath.
