I thought all these outlets at Pahang and Sarawak were directly owned by Magnum HQ and not franchised (As they have the rights to issue prizes up to RM 100,000, while other outlets can only issue up to RM 50,000.)
However, I know the Magnum outlet in Genting Highlands is franchised and owned by Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay's younger brother.
You can see the owner's name and the license displayed on the wall there.
