the government need to layout the 'right' blueprint to migrate workforce via culture, demand and wear the local workforce shoes instead of just wearing the corporate's shoes...most of the time corporate won't do that because high upfront cost. I felt Malaysia digital transformation is too slow, as too many corporate is feeding on government 'incentive' without really doing the migration task. I don't think much real digital job will be made available anytime soon.
