Wanna ask Any new Landed house recommended/worth to buy/invest?

The property must,
-freehold
-individual title
-600k-750k

Invest in JB.. anywhere that is 10 minutes away from jb city centre.. you will have alot of new development pickings such as Taman Sutera, eco world, SP setia, tropicana, and more..

hold for 10 years and you will see appreciation faster than landed prop in greater KL.. like seminyih, nilai or setia alam.. which are bloody far from anywhere.

Buying landed property for investment sound like a bad idea despite higher capital appreciation, rental yield is super low. In certain area in klang valley 1 million property rented less than 2.5k

Around kl, if looking for investment, better go for high rise. Rental yield is better.

If die die must be landed that sure appreciate, i think budget closer to 1mil more realistic e.g taman desa, ttdi, bangsar, bukit jalil, cheras kl...

Nah, most starting about 600k already..

But if u asked me, jb landed property will have rise in price in next 15 years as the cable to Singapore becomes stronger and stronger. There will even be some Singaporeans who will cash out and move to jb in the foreseeable future.

The value proposition is to live on freehold landed prop in JB or live in 99 year hdb shoebox flat in sg...

I think those landed prop around jb priced at 600-800k could rise to a million in the next 10 years as land becomes scarce in the jb local area.
