Invest in JB.. anywhere that is 10 minutes away from jb city centre.. you will have alot of new development pickings such as Taman Sutera, eco world, SP setia, tropicana, and more..

Buying landed property for investment sound like a bad idea despite higher capital appreciation, rental yield is super low. In certain area in klang valley 1 million property rented less than 2.5k

Around kl, if looking for investment, better go for high rise. Rental yield is better.
If die die must be landed that sure appreciate, i think budget closer to 1mil more realistic e.g taman desa, ttdi, bangsar, bukit jalil, cheras kl... |
