Didn't check when buy... When I reach home only realised it doesn't have hdmi. Only vga and DVI.

It's the dumbest thing I've done in a while.

How bad are vga compare to hdmi? And what are my choices now? Is there somewhere I can sell this off?

Ha thx. That's some relief to know. I don't want to go through the hassle of selling this as second hand and then hunt for a new one.

better get the adapter than a hdmi to dvi cable, next time if upgrade to monitor with hdmi can still reuse back the hdmi cable

And why is analog no good with hdmi, please ?
*
VGA is analog, HDMI, DVI is digital. in general digital is clearer/crisper than analog so prefer TS to use digital (DVI) than analog (VGA).

Although to be fair, likely that the resolution of the monitor is not really that high and the size of the monitor may not warrant too much of a difference laugh.gif

DVI is cleaner than analog d-sub. If your screen size is small, you may not notice the difference.
