MSI had thought about this for our loyal customers and introduced a free of charge health check for MSI laptops in Malaysia for the first time in last December and the feedback was amazing from our customers.
So, to service our customers better during this ongoing pandemic, MSI will relaunch the health check program, dubbed “MSI Care for You” this July for our most precious MSI laptop owners.

The essential health check service will be available for the masses of MSI owners and will cover the GT-series, GS-series, GE-series, GP-series, Alpha-series, all MSI Workstation laptops, and all the MSI Prestige Series laptops.

Eligible laptops for MSI Care for You:
MSI GT-series
MSI GS-series
MSI GE-series
MSI GP-series
MSI Alpha 15
MSI Workstation laptops
MSI Prestige laptops

The owners who are interested are required to reserve a timeslot for this service or they will not be served.
We will be providing free services including fan and air vents cleaning, exterior cleaning and also, thermal compound repasting.
Most importantly, an over-all system diagnosis would be provided too.
Repair work which is needed after diagnosis will be conducted according to MSI Malaysia’s warranty policy upon agreement from the laptop owner.

To avoid unforeseen accidents, owners are urged to back-up their data as always before bringing their laptops for check, including licensed MSI repair partners.
There will be four service locations available in Malaysia and timeslot details are listed here:
1. Highpoint Service Network – Subang Jaya, USJ

Time: 9:00am to 4:00pm / Monday to Friday
2. Highpoint Service Network – Plaza Lowyat

Time: 10:00am to 5:00pm / Monday to Saturday
3. Highpoint Service Network - Penang

Time: 9:00am to 4:00pm / Monday to Friday
4. Highpoint Service Network – Johor Bahru

Time: 9:00am to 4:00pm / Monday to Friday

There will be one free MSI Lucky keychain for every owner whom brings his/her laptop to this check-up.
A lucky draw including an MSI mechanical keyboard, MSI sport bottles, Lucky figurines and gaming bags will also be held for the participants of this health check program.
