Is your decision.
Sometime the workers are like nomad .. live where they work. Chances of them not turning up for work is low. |

I think I don't mind. Free guard service for you stuff you put there during renovations like fixtures & fittings & electrical appliances.
Sometimes they start work early and stop late which will expedite your renovation progress. |

If gated and guarded community, no.
Otherwise if the neighbor and owner have no objection then it’s possible. Personally I won’t let them stay in my empty house under renovation because you are still responsible for their actions. Not to mention if the neighbors dislike and call the cops. Just too much downside and too little upside ... not that they will work longer hours staying there |

Very dangerous oh.. at night these buggers go rampage the neighbourhood how?... after neighbour sue you for missing things if they caught you.
If you think about suing the con company think again. How many people really have proper working papers with these indons. Most of them not many or none, and they can just say these people not working for me at the end of the day. |

Correct... but that time is not really your issue anymore. It's akin to you order from Grabfood to deliver to your house, and then while he drives to your place rider saw a few house which has nice stuffs which he would like to come back and steal later on. Would it be your fault?. |

QUOTE(soul78 @ Jul 11 2020, 01:53 AM) Correct... but that time is not really your issue anymore. After work doesnt mean must complete the project. Weekend during off day. It's akin to you order from Grabfood to deliver to your house, and then while he drives to your place rider saw a few house which has nice stuffs which he would like to come back and steal later on. Would it be your fault?. I think one must understand the meaning between .... 1. Contract FOR service, and 2. Contract OF service. and who is responsible for the workers. If you ask the contractor to repair a leaking roof and his worker fell . Would it be your fault and pay the medical bill since he his fixing your roof ? They have to take into consideration the opinion of other owners just like you inform your immediate neighbours. Is better to say no, than yes ! Quote .. Is your property and you decide your tenant if renting. This post has been edited by mini orchard: Jul 11 2020, 08:55 AM |
