If you have a great deal and buy way below market value, are you willing to pay extra 1% more?

I have had paid extra commission to agent who can secure my offered price (excluding what they get from seller).

With this kind of extra incentive, any time any day any moment, if there is a good deal, the agent will contact you first and negotiate harder for you or any other extra mile you need the agent to go.

So its a half full or half empty type of scenario.
