3% from owner
buyer maintains to pay 2% booking

Agents can only claim from their client. If both side are their client, they can only choose 1 side to collect the fee. If he represented the owner, he only can get from owner

some owners back track on the 1% after signing means the agents only got 2%
either agent gets the buyer to pay full 3% or if buyer refuse, will get 2% from buyer and balance 1% from owner

2-3% from selling price, which is usually the booking fee paid by buyer. Seller / buyer won't pay agent anything until property is sold.
Sorry i actually wanted to ask do buyer need to pay 1% COMMISSION fee to the property agent?
Is property agent supposed to collect commission fee from buyer?
