The computer is running too late to shut down and the booting is slower than usual, so the booting is late and the window is not running at all.
Windows is installed in Ssd and the BIOS does not recognize ssd at all.

Need help again please!  icon_question.gif  icon_question.gif

Hi, you may need a data recovery program to scan and recover data from unrecognized SSD

Solution 1: Disconnect the system from the power supply

1. Turn off the computer using the Windows shutdown option

2. Disconnect the power cable from the computer and wait a few minutes.

3. Reconnect the power cable and start the computer.

Solution 2: drive recognition in Windows

If the current USB port does not detect a trip, try connecting to a different USB port. Try disconnecting the drive from the USB port and connecting it to another USB port on your computer. When working on a new USB port, you need to change the external hard drive to a port that can be used normally. If the USB port does not recognize the device, try another solution.

Solution 3: update drivers

● Press the Windows + R keys together, then type devmgmt.msc in the Run dialog and click OK.

● Expand Disk Driver and right-click on the connected external USB drive.

● Click Properties and select the Driver tab.

● Click Update Driver Software and follow the additional instructions to update the driver.

Restore data from SSD

Download and install Bitwar Data Recovery software for free.

Step 1: Launch Bitwar Data Recovery software and select the external hard drive that you wish to be recovered.

Step 2: Select the scan mode and click "Next".

Step 3: After scanning, filter the scanned files you want, double-click to preview them, and after making a selectable decision, click the "Recover" button to save them to an accessible hard drive or other external device.

Hope it can help you.
