I remember 10 years ago i was start the trading from here with others sellers.

maybe the numbers of messages in the shopee Lazada make our reply more shorter but at least we replied all the messages and make sure all parcels deliver on times. If you have experience on buying at our Lazada/shopee store you can find our our representative will followup the orders for you

Idealtech no have commission on sales, the staff not need to upsell you the other products unless they think it is necessary to recommend you something which can help you. They will recommend but they never forced you to buy.

If Idealtech is only profit oriented, we will not focus on PC building, we will only sell the parts cheap2 and not spend to more than 16 staffs to assembly, do after sales etc

like what others doing, PC can assembly in 1 hour, then pass to you and collect cash. We are followup from A to Z until you received the PC and keep reply your messages until you received it, got problem using the product etc.

After sales service is something that we want to return to our customers/ community when we do not allow to sell below SRP. When I started the PC business, that time everyone still charging money to end users when they are sending the computer parts for Warranty after 1 year. You can even ask our customers, we even service the PC for free after the PC over warranty, the service included reformat, assembly, troubleshooting, dust cleaning etc.
Top Glove business is an opportunity for us, they chose us because they not need to spend on their PC service after 1 year warranty from HP/ Lenovo etc. But you seldom see we posting the Top Glove orders but only end users, so It is not true we ignore the consumer market.

I was upset yesterday and put such stupid tag because I noticed no one monitor the Elite/ members nowadays and they can keep insulting the dealers/ pc shops around especially Ideal Tech – I am not sure why only us.

Years before, I remember he keep comment and bashing a end user who looking for ASUS motherboard and strix GPU build. Tat’s why I posting at FB Group to comment I was choosing Audi and Toyota.

few months ago he posting something that Ideal Tech always sell over market price etc. and I did tag him to comment but the posts was deleted.

Seriously we no have anything to clear stock to customers. The PC photos we posted everyday not the current build. Some ppl curious why 10900K came out but still got ppl buying 9900K? It was the PC we built 1 month – 2 months ago, the photos were scheduled to post based on date. Sometimes we are boosting the old photos (few months ago).
PC builder not same as the retailer, we only selling whatever we think it is good, lesser problem and got selling point. Retailers are selling whatever customers choose and not need to give any explanation to compare, sometimes you can see I3 put at Z390 motherboard, but these never happen at PC builders
PC Builder solved the problem of retailer or customers who looking for new PC. I not saying they are noob in PC building or what, most of our customers know what they are buying , surveying online, but they prefer someone can do better to assembly their PC.
Few years ago, I remember many ppl buying PC with “My Fren said..”. now ppl come to shop and say, ok I just take your advice and recommendations.

We giving one to one swap for Ram – since it is came with life time warranty (but depends on stock availability, if DDR3 may need to wait if special model), If we no have stock we still loan you a ram to use the PC first. The margin of the ram should always there, the ram price keep up and down, sometimes our cost is RM300 per unit but we still selling RM199 per unit when the ram price going down.

We direct dealing with GSkill Taiwan. In this few years, we helping so many ppl who not buying the ram with us , but other shops at Malaysia or buying from Amazon to claim warranty with a fees of coz.

10 years ago when we still trading in this forum lowyat, we are selling the cheapest price among all the online sellers / or retail shops. In the end we get many vendors banned from buying stock or getting allocation for new stuff. When we are growing, we find out we have to earn profit to hire more and more staffs to serve the customers better. That’s why we follow the SRP (supper recommended price) which is only 10% or 12% max for the profit margin. As the return we try to introduce the Premium After Sales Service as you can see at our website now.

different is the warranty, either 1 year or 10 years. these are the things that end users never know.

Malaysia distributor not entertain RMA from end users (most of them).
and they not layan oversea sets.

during our posting since yesterday, a forumer PM me to ask help to claim warranty for his Zotac GPU which the shops not entertain his warranty after 2 years.
