I dunno la. Idealtech is for those idiot rich people to build pc. Last time I went ask for gpu, they tried to upsell whole pc lol.
I think it's the only way they can mark up the price. Konon the cost is for cable management la.

I think transparency is important. If you want to charge more, need to let customers know specifically what they are paying for. For example, cable management is how much. Stress-testing is how much. And give the option to opt-out. Can't simply jack up prices willy-nilly. In any case, I'd rather refer to Guru3D PC buying guide. Actually if they made a proper apology I think can easily turn things around.
But what to do. Doing business with no real emphasis on customer relations. I don't think they care that much about this incident. Rich people who don't visit this forum will still buy from them.
I just think that they are actually losing more customers than they realize.
