To me they have been ok. Bought my desktop from Idealtech - yoongkeen in 2014. Used to be at the old shop.

Delivery - Stress tested everything & arranged time nicely for me to collect.
RMA - Once for my GPU, went smoothly, replaced for me.
Service - Even cleaned the desktop (dust) for me free of charge.

Just so happen I was cleaning it again today and took off the other side cover. Have to say the cable management was done nicely.

6 years in, no issue with the desktop, so ...
