I got 1 question, warranty is not base on the manufacture listed years? How can you simply can give 10 years ?
another question is how about within 10 years your company collapse and then the promise become empty promise? <= PC fair die because of this issue.
this is what consumer worry. Because product state 3/5 years of warranty but when need issue a claim then become like shit, facing block here and there by local distributor. Because majority PC parts still related by distributor which not same as HDD market can direct claim with manufacture.
PS: After covid anything can happen now, please don't have hard feeling.
I mean it depends on manufacture warranty. some products have 10 years warranty
ya, when we promise for 10 years warranty, sure we need to make sure we can sustain for 10 years.
recently there is one shop closing, i noticed a message by a customer at his FB, "how is our warranty and after sales service ?"
80% products not allow end users to claim warranty. to be honest.

then u should improve ur shop image instead of making it worst lol
or this is ur marketing option?
start from ur so-called good CS that u proudly flaunt n used as 'selling point' eventho it's vague af like insuren lol
oh n CS also must b gud to ppl dat DO NOT buy from u, not exclusively to those dat buy only
pfff a trash nobody giving points how to improve bisnes to an established bisnes
topkek lah
I understood what you trying to say.
but CS is not a selling point, it is just responsible for us.
we can't force everyone must buy from us (with offer lower price) but at least we responsible on our customers for the "after sales".

"you buy Ryzen 3 1200, why take b350 motherboard? Ryzen 3 want to overclock? Lol"
- my experience with idealtech
Jokes on them I ran the R3 1200 OC'ed to 3.8ghz for 2 years before switching to a R7 3700x on the same b350 mobo
This shop has a bad habit of ego problems and know it all attitude.
They are offering a good PC building service and delivery experience and warranty claims service, but that doesn't mean they are exempt from criticism.
Looks like they never learned anything.
this is not joke, I think the sale trying to say, why you want to OC the Ryzen 3 but with higher motherboard. why not take better processor and lower motherboard for gaming.
when we reply in formal way, ppl comment they are talking to robot, if we reply like frens they think we not serious.
I noticed your topic before this. if you feel not happy still, I can take back the RYzen 3 1200 and refund you the money. is that good?
