this is not joke, I think the sale trying to say, why you want to OC the Ryzen 3 but with higher motherboard. why not take better processor and lower motherboard for gaming.

nope. just because parallel import units are more in the market and end users can't differentiate.

ppl look for reliable maybe they selected Samsung. I not sure silicon Power good or not, they did approve us before to resell.

it was 6 years ago for the last fair we joined to the pc fair at KLCC if not mistaken.
If you have any problem with PC, we have technician can solve at your house. and you can have 5% rebates on upgrade ur PC.

Can you imagine if we selling the cheapest in market and the top service we provided.

Sorry for the bad experience, I believed during that time the staffs hands are never stop from their work. They not even use the handphone during working hours. We never look down on customers, we even selling package pc as low as RM1299 or RM1199.

However this is not the first time we get this feedback. Our current premises more on production and packing. We had try to improve to solve this issue by open more branch with better environment to have face to face entertain the walk in customers.

2. We use GDEX pickup if outside Klangvalley, Grab/Lalamove to pickup from klangvalley, or technicians on site service. The services are free for life time, but warranty on products limit to the length of warranty years.
3. Normally I bring the car to carwash because I am lazy to do dirty work . but car wash need pay, we give FOC, and sometimes we did checking their old PC, flash newer bios, OC, check temperature etc.
