Job Duties
• Perform fish-cutting merchandising and housekeeping duties productively with the aim of optimizing department sales
• Weigh, clean and cut all types and sizes of fishes of all sizes for customers accurately according to standards and requirements
• Attend to customer’s queries and needs promptly in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner to achieve customer satisfaction
• Upkeep freshness and ensure high quality standards when handling goods at the cutting station, displaying goods at seabed and arranging goods in the storage rooms
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping, cleanliness, personal grooming and hygiene at all times to reflect a good company image
• Any other adhoc duties as per assigned
Job Requirements
• Candidates should be equipped with a food hygiene cert and necessary skills for the job.
• 6 days’ work week, rotating shifts
• Different work locations available
