hey.....since WCG is coming soon.... I plan to form a league of UNLIMITED teams as long as you can complete it....

Kick-Off Rule
On the kick-off you must pass the ball back to your own half. A direct shoot at the kick-off is forbidden.
-Goal are not counted if you/your opponent rush and get a goal after the kick-off
-TAKE NOTE: You are not cleared for a shoot to goal until the ball are rolled back(you pass it back or the other player take it over the line to your own-half) the middle-field border line.
Rocketshoot
This shoot is not allowed! The position of the player, who shoots this rocketshoot is unimportant. It is forbidden to do it from any position. (Rocketshoot = A+D)
Man Marking
It's strickly forbidden to switch the players for trying to intercept the opponents man-marking. Both players should be able to arrange the man-marking before the match starts, and man-marking must be allowed without switching the players during the game. If a player changes his tactic during a game, he must play the ball to the opponent for allowing him to adjust his man-marking. After that or if the tactic doesn't need to be changed the ball have to be given back to the opponent."(currenly not following this rule in our league... cause there's some subjective issue arise)"
Corner Rule
Only short corners and long crosses outside of the goalkeeper area (5m) are allowed.
Goal(s) scored are not counted if it is inside 5m from goalkeeper.
PLEASE DO NOT SKIP REPLAY FOR EVERY CORNER YOU SCORED THRU LONG CROSS. Or else the goal is disqualified too.
Half-Field's Goal
You are not allowed to shoot goals by a player of your own half.
Goal(s) scored in this way are not counted.
Long Ball Tactic (Apply to combination of Q(pace control key) and another key. Example Q+W, Q+A, ... except Q+S)
Long Balls are forbidden. There is a tolerance zone located some few meters before the middlefield line. However, after the own middlefield the player is allowed to use this combination.
Goal(s) scored in this way are not counted.
Changing Formation
Changing the Midfield or Attacker Players to deactivate the covering of the opponent is not allowed. If you want to change your tactic or formation, you have to pass the ball after the change back to the opponent. Goal(s) scored after changing formation and not passing to opponent will not counted and ball passed to opponent and he doesn't pass it back and instead scored, the goal will not be counted also.
Suggestion:You may kick it out and let opponent throw in and then he kick high back to you. UPDATES: 2 TIMES OFFENDED WITHIN A GAME CONSIDER A GOAL FOR THEIR OPPONENT

In-House Rule:
Only FIFA07 Games are accepted.
The Host(Home Team) Update the result.
Use Hamachi to connect.(recommended)
Do ensure with your opponent whether the game is a league game or a friendly.
If a game is disconnected, the game is not counted and a rematch should be called. The score line is carry forward in this case.
Note: As long as sum up time is 90min, the result are then the final result.
Note: 2 Half Game MAY equal to a game too.
(Decide among both of you as long as fair for both player)
Note: If discconection occured at 70min, resume the game by playing another 20min ONLY.(use windows key to skip out the game once time is out)
Note: No rematch could be called after a DC, (like you requested for a start over(0-0) when your opponent leading 2-0. Unless you are so polite to give your opponent a chance.
Fifa October 2006 patch and February 2007 should be installed.
Those who have played less than half of the game that should be played(for example, 20teams the total game is 38 but u played less than 19) will get all their games disqualified.
Please update the result As Soon As You Finished The Game. Do not wait until both games finished.
All games are finished at 90min(Full-time), unless otherwise stated(excluded for cup games).

Do not waste your time changing your team management.
Do not download anything or let any downloads running at the background.
Any cheating found and will you be disqualified.
