 Buy Serviced Apartment w Master title, Subsale unit & developer still alive

I wanted to buy a subsale services apartment in KL cost 330k , the unit now still under master title.

Would like to seek expert advise, for this case..

1. DO I need to pay MOT stamp duty? based on 330k is rm5600

2. If I no need, then I need to pay for lawyer to do deed of assignment? Anyone know usually how lawyer charge?

3. Anyone can share experience of buying a vped 3years leasehold service apartment without strata title with cost of acquire the unit.


Well, I asked agent about this but he just ask refer lawyer cos he is not lawyer..

Hope can get answer from here..

U mean when I deal with this lawyer time I need to pay the MOT rm5600 then after that once developer do the strata title then only do perfection for 1k++ ?
