I wanted to buy a subsale services apartment in KL cost 330k , the unit now still under master title.
Would like to seek expert advise, for this case..
1. DO I need to pay MOT stamp duty? based on 330k is rm5600
2. If I no need, then I need to pay for lawyer to do deed of assignment? Anyone know usually how lawyer charge?
3. Anyone can share experience of buying a vped 3years leasehold service apartment without strata title with cost of acquire the unit.
Well, I asked agent about this but he just ask refer lawyer cos he is not lawyer..
