i not sure whether if i had encounter any texture pop up while playing it, so far everything is good , only the textures when close up.

Tried that, doesn't fix texture popping.

no wonder rm 125 ...

Obviously, It was developed for the console. So many reviewers are saying the game is better on consoles.

It's a single x2 card, not 2 physical 4870 cards. So no way to salvage.

Last night blanked half way while using the PC. Was too late so "aiyah, tomorrow on sure ok edi".
Today morning, turned it on, a few seconds into boot -> monitor lost signal.
I'll mess around with it a bit later tonight though i'll need a spare card to confirm it's really the card (95% sure it is).

Nvmlah, i'll clear the backlog on my PS3 in the meantime.

The texture popping thingy i noticed when i moved the cursor from left to right or right to left, nampak macam something popping up,
But no slow down or anything lah other than that issue.The game runs perfectly smooth on my machine.

Try using the settings that I posted earlier.

The floor textures in the screenshot with the RC buggy is rather poor for a company of ID's stature. And is it just me or this game has no bump mapping whatsoever?

any ATi user encounter "Rage has stopped working or blackscreen after loading"?? when trying to enter new area@door? currently using 11.9+rage fix driver.

go do some tweak, and force the engine to use the 16k texture and u see la. now the engine potential is there, just need to tweak to push it to the max, while waiting for proper driver and patch.

the graphics looks really nice on nvidia card despite some complains. I could say its 1 of the most beautiful games out to date.

just finally gotten a decent playable rate of texture oping and is awesome, i no regret buying it. the 1st shot of the shotgun made me fall in love again with id's game.

and i so love the minor minor easter egg all around. The bobble head on the buggy is soooo cute~~!! i want 1.

The shooting also is nice, the omp and impact is still there, satisfying, but maybe is cause i playing on normal. i just love those muties, running to me, i headbutt them and head shot them, nice... they charge to me, i side step melee then hs. nice....

Just hope they faster release patches and fixes, and drivers to solve those issue. definitely 1 of the most beautiful game so far.

I'm quite satisfied with the game. somehow it locks on 8 and 16x AA. so far so good though.

im am waiting for this game to be stable then consider buying it

i wanted a co-op yet car combat game anyway~
