Technically yes. But it’s a big not recommended. Run flat need to come together with pressure monitoring system. If you do not have the system, it will bring danger to you when the tyre puncture without you knowing it while driving. Your tyre will basically burst once the sidewall rupture

You’re partly correct. But RFT only able to withstand specified mileage before total failure. As an example, a pirelli rft, can only last 100km with 80km/hr speed without air. Then it will deteriorate. The selling point is that you can still drive until your next workshop.
