Okay. Now im divided..i already shortlisted my wishlist.

Now left with two projects. Glomac saujana perdana or Myra Alam 😭

Glomac 20x70 1750sqft. 4r3br
Pro : best location, modern look, cash rebate.
Completion is almost end of 2022..quite a long wait for me.

Myra Alam 22x75 1730sqft. 4r4br
Pro : cheaper (by 20k), got built in alarm system point, autogate, guarded. Looks nice and decent with eco friendly enviroment. Completion early 2022.
What draw me is...the location..it's a bit further, and the space inside house looks a bit tight..bcs got 4 bathroom and smaller buit up.

So stressed. Help.
