Hi all,
I am looking for recently developed/handed over projects with developer units available. So, that I can move in anytime. I am looking for areas in PJ/KL areas and went to see a few like The Ridge, CloudTree, Three33 Residence, Serini but all these don't seem to be quite suitable for me.
Wondering if you all have any intro? Reason for choosing already developed projects is because so that can be entitled for HOC and able to move in quickly.

Buy because of HOC ?

Wanted to get one at The Ridge but the owner demographics doesn't seem conducive for pets. Would prefer to buy from developers to take advantage of all those rebates and freebies as well.

got developer unit left with all the freebies legal fees etc with freehold fully furnished in ampang ukay area but is studio tho
318k for 450sf not sure you ngam or not but not many condo are pet friendly especially dog
tho doesn't mean u can't have a pet in the condo, just not wise to go to facilities area
