This morning i brought my LC go bike shop for some tuning. Just want to share with u guys...

Before
Top speed : 125kmph, if drag abit can go up to 130
Accel : Not smooth, will experience some power drop once in a while

After
Top speed : around 140kmph, the foreman said depends on your riding skill (how you drag and how you change the gear). He also said now my 3rd gear can drag until 120kmph
Accel : Very good. No more power drop so far i tested the bike. Accel from 0 - 100kmph took approx 7 sec.
Example : Just now stop with an ex5 at traffice light. 1st gear lost to ex5 abit, 2nd gear same position, 3rd gear already bye bye liao. That ex5 got mod abit cause i can hear the exhaust pipe sound a bit noisy.

What has been done to my bike
1. Adjusted air flow (let more air flow to flow in), adjusted TPS, adjusted timing
2. The foreman also shorten my chain for 2 steps. Now my chain has became shorter, i believe this has also changed the gear ratio indirectly.

Overall
Top speed increased by 10kmph
Accel increased a lot, can feel the difference.

Cost & Time
RM60
It took 2 hr to adjust the settings, cause the foreman need to test my bike at highway

Anyway the tauke of this shop does not recomend to modify the engine part, like removing the air filter, changing the caburator... he can only do the mod without touching the enginer part.

My next mod
Reduce my front tyre size to 70/80 (currently using 80/90). Hope this will increase the accel a bit.

Upcoming news
I kap siao with the tauke while waiting for my bike to be fixed, heard he said yamaha and suzuki will release a 150cc kapchai very soon.
yamaha - will use the fuel injection technology, thus increasing the FC but at the same time reducing the power.
suzuki - another twin cam (DOHC) bike, the tauke said this bike will definately beat the yamaha 15cc

it make me scare coz LC is expansive..
but when i ask many lc owner..they said nothing prob with their lc..

I don't have tools to install the sprocket ler. My sprocket already include chain, but it is normal chain only. I think bike shop charge RM10 for sprocket + chain installation.
I got 12-34, you can try try. It is almost same like 15-42.

I am still in office now, can't make it tonite. How about Sat (14/3) 11am at New Bee Hock bike shop?

haha, we have the same goal. 130kph is good enough.
CDI helps to increase acceleration, top speed js add a lil.
I forgot to help u set the air-fuel setting. Perhaps u can accelerate faster when the setting is correct.
Today too busy talking with the tauke, because he and I are helping each other to build a custom racing cam for 135LC.

Hehe, try 140kph one day la. That small size foreman can go 150kph man, I am sure you can do 140kph

You get more torque at lower rpm, but lose some horsepower when the exhaust gas is going out earlier. Your current effect is small, because just a small hole. If the pipe is really cut short, then sure can feel it.

Xbox provide good high rpm performance, cold start and low rpm pretty sux. You can still run ur bike without ori, no problem.
