I have a vending machine to let go with cool system and 22 inch LCD currently situated in an office building with monthly fixed income.
The asking price is RM24,000. The reason why is this price because of the location and I paid for the location. The return is around 50% per annum. So it will take around 2 years to breakeven. What I am proposing is Net Income return.
There is no rental fees or utility fee. The machine is well-taken care as it is situated in an air-conditioned office and it safe from any rude behaviors from the buyer.

Looking for serious buyers only. The buyer have to be responsible to refill the machine every week, each refill takes 2 hours of labor work during the working day. 9 am-6 pm. If you do not wish to do it on your own then the profit is less.
