my waja 1.6 auto (2002 make) also having throttle body issues.
seems that some sensor in the throttle body already went dead.
causing my car to die off when engage gear during morning startup.
also, FC plummet from RM10 @ 55km to RM10 44km.

before the throttle body, the catalytic converter blocked.
that also help cause the FC to plummet.

Asked authorized proton service center the cost to repair these 2 item.
RM 1200 for throttle body and cat-con with workmanship cost.

anybody here got an alternative solution to spending RM1200?
