WTF man. I use to solder these things better when I was in school. I can't believe Proton is doing this! Are you sure it's stock proton?

My proton is serving me well up to today surprisingly! except that the dashboard major counter is goin a little crazy these days...at times the counter works..and at times it doesnt...hmmm....

IMHO, how do you know the malays worker did this soldering?? As from my understanding all the component are made from the various vendors...and u said and thinking all the vendors for proton are malay? Yes we can admit maybe proton have low quality control..but it did not mean it come solely from malay.

I dare to say more than 70% of the workers in Proton are Malay.

My wira A/B meter is giving me problem. After 5 years the fuel and water temp. meter condemn. When the fuel is low with indicator light on, the meter needle show "F". When the radiator is working fine with no smoke coming out, the meter show "H". Fork out 400 to change both meter. Somemore both meter are from VDO.

Stupid rear view mirror in the car..not stable a bit vibrating..ZZZZZZ..

mine iswara a/b after 4 years now got one sound coming from the rear bonet whenever go over gravels or humps.
teared out every single bit of cover from the rear end but still unable to rectify.
So now just leave it...plan to change to japanese car in one more year..so now just..."TAHAN"

air cond not cold is normal la, my when first day take also like that liao..bring back to claim warranty la!
door cannot close tight i also faced, need ask them change the rubber seals.
as for the sound....haih....normal la, put up with it!

the above problem can be solved free of charge...claim them kao kao within the warranty period!!!

not really sure, but what I heard & experience:
1. if there are no specific sound then could be due to engine mounts. try check your mountings, got anything loose. the vibration most probably comes from the engine directly.
2. normal problem, I oso had the dealer change that before picking up my car
3. scratch where? underneath or your fender?
if fender must be that ur springs & absorbers have worn out. so it's time to replace.
Stock absorbers normally performs well for 2-4 years only I believe. wira ones cheap oni what...

which counter bro? the odometer?
