they say normal because the rear view mirror for proton are meant to be vibrating lor! haha

For the rear view mirror's vibration, I wondering did you use the after market wide mirror or using stock mirror?

If stock mirror, maybe screw loosen somewhere. Otherwise, try to stuck something in between the stock and the wide mirror. It may minimize the shaking.

Besides one that mentioned the battery Flat out after 2 days...

Anyone have problems with their Proton Persona?

Looking to get one soon...

i had this problem before...try check ur shock absorber dude..
i changed mine and everything is ok back again...

Sigh... my Meter cluster on my Wira rosak again, the Tachometer, fuel gauge both not working.

Thank god getting new car soon, can pass headache to someone else

I noticed my iswara a/b year 2003 quite slanted to the drivers side..about 2 fingers difference.
My dad's vios also got a bit.
Is this a problem?

is the new saga lmst air cond problem really common, like in all the lmst cars they produced?... coz i heard this problem for so many people including my frens

Cannot claim warranty?
My iswara first time take from factory also like that.
The aircon flow thru the vent beneath the leg room

so after u repair the aircond from warranty, does the problem reoccur? like problem come back?

Just claim warranty and they dunno adjusted what setting then ok dy...till now no problem.

-power window glass shaky until its close
-front wheels feel like goin to tanggal
-radio backlight mati
-1st gear like dun wana move
-feul gauge needle like rpm needle..wahaha..
-digital clock sot plug
-trademark noise from everywhere..sweat..
-remote control die liao..

my family 1995 1.3 wira sedan prob:
-power window change few times ady
-whole meter change once cos needle malfunction
-central lock change whole set once
-remote control kick bucket ady so juz use keys..

da gud thing is, i can servis both cars myself n change parts like absober, front n rear lights, n other small small stuff myself..save lotsa money~~

all proton model has a problems...

my suggestion, pick perodua than proton..

-PRIMARY MAIN PROBLEM: POWER WINDOW (obviously because a metal string is rolled on some stupid plastic roller. Isn't it obvious? metal string with plastic roller, SURE BREAK LAH! I would like to suggest to proton ppl: Use your brain!): Repairing this is troublesome. Especially when the plastic doors are amazing expensive.
-Weird squeaking engine sound everytime when start in the morning
-LIGHTS! SECONDARY MAIN PROBLEM! Especially the sides on in front, always blown up. If not blown, have to take out the cover and adjust the wires for it to function again. Very troublesome. braking causes the centre back light to only lit up when brake but not the 2 sides, recently happen.

-remote locking: PHAILED! oways spoil.

Conclusion: The main concern I juz wan to bring up is the Waja Front Side lights and waja and proton doors. The image of proton having low class doors, even worst compared to Tata or Iranian made cars. Their doors just can't freaking last long. Even my 1985 toyota door last longer...seriously

my persona not much problem til now, except the fuel pump not show full when fill petrol full but i already change tht during my 1st service.. rite now its juz sometimes i feel vibration on my dashboard, y leh? izzit normal?

My satria neo 1.3M,tomorrow 1 year oleadi...but still so many probs didn't settle down...
1.fuel smell when refuelling
2.absorber bunyi
3.bumper depan bunyiii...
4.engine sometimes become very noisy..
5.kereta bocor...after a while lepas hujan,for sure my car bcome smelly..
6.everytime i press channel 2 at my HU,automatic it will changed to suria.fm no matter what station i programmed to that channel.
7. wiper judder..

that's all i can remember lahh......i think got summore...
that's what we call it m'sian pride..national car!!

But then sometimes i feel proton's performance and power is better than perodua.
Take Myvi for example, crusing at 140kmph will feel the whole car shuddering and feel like you are losing control.
Dunno why most perodua cars like that, kelisa also...

my sister myvi ezi 2 weeks car, power window down, went to service center near cheras, the technician repaired n ask us to drive back, tested the window,ok...perfect...but the nx day same problem happen again....dang~! after service, the car bonet got weird sounds like...'eeekekk' when push up n down, put grease on the cilinder there but problem still there....knn~~!


for thos proton year 2004 n below sure hav power windown prob.
year 2005 they slidely fix this permanant problem. not much ppl complaint bout the power window nowadays.

btw... if u wanna talk bout the past problem(4years b4)..
then make it past la... now 2007... u talk bout 2003...
