Hi guys, saw quite no of Samsung s20 and note 10 imported from US.
Some are used and some are new, my concern is will there be any issue beside warranty claim from Samsung msia?

Well , the only that come to mind is 4G+ speed and VOLTE or VOWIFI , as the exynos counterparts do get support for all these features. You should be able to get 4G speed from all telcos.
