Can I know the lad is calculate?
1. Starting date is based on booking fee date?
2. Last date of lad is vp date? Vp date is the date that developer announced or date that we collect the key?

LAD starts from the date VP is promised in the agreement. So if promised 36 months from 1 Jan 2016 that means must VP by 31 Dec 2018. So LAD count from 1.1.2019 until ACTUAL VP date.
