So here's what happened. I ordered an item with different color options and I chose black. Seller messaged me saying black is out of stock and offered other color options. I said no and asked seller if I should cancel my order. He doesn't reply so I cancelled anyway. To my surprise, I requested for cancellation just 8 hours after payment but it still needed permission from seller. Seller rejected my cancellation request, saying request reason is not accepted (I chose seller is not responding to messages), and that 'order will close'. I asked seller how would I get refund now and what he meant by 'order will close'. Seller yet to reply and I've also e-mailed Shopee support about it.
Now my question is, since black is not available, seller will never ship out the product, so once Shopee Guarantee reaches the Ship By date and expires, what happens? Do I get my refund? Will I get my money back eventually?
