Recommend good reliable laptop under RM2k.

Office use, MS office, not for gaming. Old people friendly.

How is Dell Inspiron?

if reliability is important, get business laptops - need around RM3k budget

Scratch that reliability part out, then what to recommend?

Still want budget below RM2k.

Need your advise. When i buy my L15 it says 2 weeks delivery but now they send me email few days ago saying can only leave factory on 2021. Checking my tracking it says 21st Jan. Even longer than buying customised L15. They offer if i would like to change other ready stock models.

My question here is, worth to wait so long or go other model. I see u intro x13 T14 T14s but seem like x13 have 3 to 6 days delivery. Should I wait or change x13 ?? Whats the difference ya other than screen size and cant upgrade ram.

PS.. waiting 2 weeks was ok for me but till 21st Jan is to long. I need my laptop for work soon.

-ETA in product page is a joke
-ETA in OVP is a joke
Just patiently wait. ETA in OVP will be constantly updated but still no where near 'exact date'

There are a few fast ship models (wait time 1-2 weeks) but sometimes they can be delayed also. X and T series are a tier higher than L series

Have you considered it might takes days to change your order, then you have to buy again with risk getting delayed too? You could end up not getting laptop at all in Jan 2021. When you buy laptop, always make sure you got 2 months window of waiting time.

1. X13 is smaller, stronger & lighter body built, I think laptop screen cover is make by carbon glass fiber, body is magnesium alloy.
2. Cooling wise might be 5% worst than 15 inch thinkpad, thats why I ordered Ryzen 5 because I think Ryzen 7 will get throttled anyway, 15w cant really let 8 core stretch its leg in such small body. (X13 got only 1 heatpipe, T14 got 2, T14s got 1) T14s = 14inch version of X13 (basically the same). I cant find cooling spec for L15 AMD, but L15 Intel is 1 heatpipe.
3. Screen color gamut. X13 is better @ 72%NTSC, L15 is 45% only.

btw, mine is a prebuilt X13 Ryzen 5 shipped already, hopefully they wont start modify the shipping date. sweat.gif .

anyway if you still dont want to wait, could try your luck with Ryzen 7 X13 20UFS04200 (ryzen 5 sold out)
