Start from June2020, seller can get the rpgt exemption for first 3 residential properties.
Wanna check with you guys about residential properties, does Serviced Apartment counted?
Residential properties mean flat, condo and apartment only?
Or
Residential properties is those with HDA?

supposedly yes, except SOHO.
Zero RPGT is still under grey area.

Because first time home buyer, the stamp duty waiver is only applicable for flat, apartment, condo. Soho, sovo, sofo, serviced apartment is not entitle for stamp duty exemption 🙄

You should check with your developer or lawyer who did your SnP for double confirmation.

You may always refer back to your land title.
If the land title is under Residential, then it is clear. Most of the time, a high-rise with the name of CONDO & APARTMENT is under Residential Title
If the land title is under Commercial, then you will not entitle for it. Generally, a high-rise with the name if SERVICE APARTMENT is under Commercial Title. SOFO, SOVO & SOFO are under Commercial Title as well.
The best is refer back to your LAND OR STRATA TITLED.
