guys i tried u torrent on this 3g (8 ringgit/day) .. total wreck!
i suspected as much because i am given an internal ip address by Celcom (10.299.x.x), which means i am effectively behind a firewall together with many other celcom broadband users.
anyone experience this? mind posting your IP address

on the contrary, maxis used to give out internal ip address (class C) when i tried out their GPRS services.
but for the last 2 months i noticed maxis has started to give me global ip address.
i am using maxis-gprs also, and here are my address
client ip: 58.71.x.x server ip:10.6.6.6
sometimes i can get server ip as 0.0.0.0
can some network guru tell me how maxis can do this while other telco like Digi/celcom cant?
this is the main reason i still subscribe to maxis unlimited plan RM120/month.
