Usually Good backlinks come from trustworthy sites, not spam sites, 99% of trustworthy sites charge for a Guest post, in some cases charges are counts on links quantity even. In my experience mostly spam sites or c class IP hosted blogs offers free guest posting to drive traffics, now there are some sites who really may offer at FREE only the contents are really unique and matched with the guidelines. Otherwise rest are valueless.
