i had submitted my application in January 2020
I checked online but it still says “ waiting for committee approval”

a friend of mine who had submitted the application in August 2019 just received an email wuth the text below

does that mean that all existing applications are also cancelled and would not be processed ? And that everyone would need to reapply with new requirements after the program is resumed ?
I spent a lot of money On application and am very disappointed :-(

whet do you think ? Will it get much more expensive
