Help recommendation for people to fix cpu inside cable, any recommendation for cpu technician?

hello guys, i'm looking for recommendation for a good handwork CPU technician
like the person know what he's doing + good Craftsmanship kind my previous CPU assemble by a PC shop, the cable inside he toss around like fry noodle ( i want to fix this ) funny thing is after he assemble, he even have to press(by his knee) the side casing very hard to close it  i wanted to upload a picture, but i scare after i open the side casing, all the noodle will explode and i can't close it back KL area/ Wangsamaju even better inbox me or leave down your number |
