Where you get it from? It looks like 10-pin RJ45 connector. It that 10 pins? Not common. Used in communication devices

it came with the casing. i believe this cable is probably for the front casing usb c cause this is the only cable that i have not connect to mobo

Opss I did not read the title properly.

The USB socket should have the cable to it already. Just need to connect the other end to mobo. No cable connecting to USB-C?

Need a picture from another angle, but it looks like RJ45 connector to me

It's a USB 3 Gen2 connector that goes from your casing usb to your motherboard header (if your motherboard supports that)
