Try Scholl? Medifeet?

yep, listen to bela
try scholl first
it could be thye anatomy of the dorsum of your foot that is the issue, and not the shoes

True  i guess not the shoe  , what does it mean  anatomy and dorum?

How do i slove this  if is not the shoe problem ?

dorsum means the back; however, anatomically the sole of the foot is consider the back and given the description as plantar, such as 'plantar-flexion' ie to point downward with the foot.
that dorsum or top part of the foot are formed by a combination of bones to form the arch. now these bones can have different shapes and people can be born with awkward shapes giving rise to bulky dorsum etc.. check out the net, plenty of examples.. soem developed spurs, some ganglion etc.. some people even needed operations in extreme cases

thats better; im inclined to think that it is just a repetitive friction injury, due to probably a congenitally misshapen dorsum. think of it as an equivalence to a bunion
