Got some problem with my gf's W850i.
got it last year when it just launch. Her phone kept on can't received call.

Alot of people could not get to her, kept on engage.

Then after a while she will get the text msg from maxis saying she got missed call. Not only happen at some area but all the times. She can get almost 30 missed call a day.

I exchange phone with her and used for a day, facing the same problem as well.

Anyone encounter this kinda problem before? Might

If Firmware problem, will it be solved by updating firmware but I guess no one can confirm whether is it firmware problem right? so better head back to the warranty company.

MyPhoneExplorer is a 3rd party software right?

Does it sync contacts? or just backup to a single file?

My Outlook already syncing contacts with my PPC. If sync with outlook will it create another new profile or it will sync with my current address book? I don't want to mixed my gf's and my contacts.

I dun mind 3rd party software since my PPC also using alot 3rd party software.

My main question is, it backup contacts into a single file or sync with outlook just like my PPC do? Or does it comes with either options.

What else do I need to install to get the program works? The forum all in foreign language dunno how to read xD.
