hello! i have a problem.
i have a w850; but when i did a master reset, the phone canot be switched on anymore after the reboot only a blank white screen!!! what can i do! please help |

anyone can help me out with my problem?
just now i tried putting the battery back in and a "please wait" screen appeared with a progress bar that is half full and then it went blank again; another white screen. so i tried removing the battery and put it back again but this time it just started up with the SE logo and then went blank white again |
