You have to pay to SESC if you want to bring your phone there to replace with APAC firmware. Some of the SESC won't entertain you even you're willing to fork out the cash for firmware reflash as your phone is an AP set.

well Iv try update the firmware useing SEUS, but the logo still there. While upgrading theres no option to choosing region firmware, only have "update w850" like that ? |

Because you're locked to the telco firmware (if not mistaken, that's a Singapore W850i right ? ) and you only update to the telco firmware which is still the same thing but major update in other not change the function to Menu.
CDA key of the firmware show that you're a firmware that's under respective telco so the SEUS will follow and update to the same telco firmware. I hope you get what I mean |

yup, its starhub Singapore set, IDEAL is kindo a 3G provider

Eh, the 'ideas' thingy is embedded into the phone ware? I thought its in the sim card. Thats y i dun bother to do anything.

It's firmware for Starhub's Singapore phone.
So, have to reflash the firmware to take off the Ideas and have the menu button back at there |
