Most probably because you panicked and over reacted. Bike always wanna go straight, if you get a slight wobble just let it correct itself. Tank slapper rarely happens at low speed unless your bike has issues with the front tyre or the front suspension or the imbalance of the handlebar itself. From my 25 years riding bike, I only kena tank slap once on my kawa 150. Was doing almost 200 and suddenly it started to wobble. I slowly released the throttle and the bike calmed down.

In this case its probably not a tank slapper.
